Here be one mean monster.
The Dog Catcher.  Armed with his prize hat, trusty collargun, and net for good measure.  Hes out to catch him some dogs!
His firefarm can collar players from a distance, letting him get in close and disarm his prey.  He is not without a heart however, hell give
his helpless prey a doghouse to cower in.  Then set up camp and wait for another target to happen along, only occasionally giving
his prey a good smack.

The lines to add this mosnter to satores are:
