Meowcat's Notes
--------------
I really liked playing Mirror's Edge and thought that Remus' NewEden map for UT3 captured the general Mirror's Edge (ME) theme well. Remus granted me permission to remake the map for UT2k4!

Remus' original DM-RB-NewEden map for UT3 is available here: http://forums.epicgames.com/threads/770047-DM-RB-NewEden-UPDATED-V1-2?highlight=NewEden

I made my own versions/recreations of a large selection of the ME art assets, many of which are not even used in this map. Please note that NONE of these staticmeshes or textures were "ripped" from Mirror's Edge (via UModel, DXRipper etc). I recreated all of them from scratch (albeit referencing alot of screen shots and using the ME Editor to get the scale correct) using Milkshape3D, JASC Paintshop Pro, and Lithunwrap (for UV layout work). The map scale is specifically suited for my YARM mod, which means it is a tad small for normal UT2k4 play.

I used Remus layout and general scale, but downsized it a bit to fit my YARM mod. (my brush work is generally 75% of the scale Remus used in his map). I added a lot of decoration static meshes too! (for better or worse)

The ziplines, while not functional in normal UT2k4 play, will be useable when playing with my YARM mod during a future release.
