About:
------

This mutator greatly improves the handling of the scorpion, and slightly
decreases its total health to make up for the fact that the better handling makes
it easier to dodge. It also speeds up the steering on the hellbender.

Detailed changes to the scorpion:
- The scorpion's steering speed (the rate at which the front wheels move) is
   vastly increased
- Steering is now sharper. The difference is very slight at low speeds and significant at
   higher speeds.
- Steering now works properly during a rocket boost
- Rocket boost can be cancelled by taking your hand off the "move forward" key.
- Center of gravity has been lowered.
- The lateral traction has been reduced, so that the vehicle slides rather than flipping over
  during high speed turns.
- Throttle response is now much faster (by about 5 times)
- Total health reduced by 25

Detailed changes to the hellbender:
- Steering speed increased to match the scorpion

Installation:
-----------

Extract the contents of the archive to
My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame.

You should see "Sorpion Handling Kit" in the game's mutators menu.

This mutator will not work with other mutators that replace the scorpion, but it should work
work with mutators that replace the hellbender.

Justification:
------------

By default the scorpion handles like a rocket-powered cow. It goes fast,
can't steer, and using it isn't much fun to anyone involved.

This mutator is intended to make the scorpion more fun to use without actually
making it any more powerful. If you use mutator in high-level play and find the
scorpion to be overpowered, please contact me and I'll try to rebalance it.

I wrote this mutator because I want to play it online... so please use it on your
servers and encourage others to do so!
