CL_BulletTime is a singleplayer only mutator. it is not recommended for online play.

Grab this UTGame Folder and Drop it in your Unreal Tournament 3 folder.

the Source Code is in the Src folder within the UTGame Folder, feel free to mess with it,

Notes:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
       	this mutator is all about adding a new keybind for slowing down time, sadly the key used cant be customized(atleast not yet). 

        Pressing "R" will start the Bullet Time.

   	This Mutator features a serious of controls and options in its config menu.(access through the Configure button at the bottom of mutator menu.)
	be sure to expirement with the sliders to create your own settings.

Config:	Here is a definition of what each slider and option does in the config menu.

	Bullet Time Game Speed- this is the degree of slow time. 10 being normal game speed, and 1 being 1/10 of normal gamespeed.

	Bullet Time Length- this controls the length of time you can be in Bullet Time before coming back to Normal Time, this is in 1/10 of second. so 50 would be 5 seconds.
          (note this functionality is disabled if Toggled Bullet Time is checked[see below])

	Player Normal Time Amount- this controls the degree of Normal-Time, where 100 means the player will move at normal speed while the rest of the world is slowed down.
          a setting of zero would make the player move at the same speed as everything else in the game.

	Ability Increase Amount- this controls the amount of increase to Jumpz, GroundSpeed, AirControl, and DodgeSpeed to give a little bit of an advantage to the player.
           (Note. Combining with Player Normal Time is not recommended, but a setting of 50 in Normal TIme, and 50 in Ability Increase is kinda fun.)
	
	FOV Distortion- This controls the amount of Distortion applied to the Field of View while in Bullet TIme. 0 is none, 20 is alot. 10 is recommended.

	Toggled Bullet Time? - if checked, the player will have to press the "R" button again to disable BulletTime. cool but not challenging.
